It is Spring here in London but this picture could easily have been taken here. We have had non-stop rain since the beginning of April. In fact the rain started to pour down just after they declared drought conditions so we currently have a hose-pipe ban(I kid you not!). Your photo has given me some photo opportunity ideas.
