CAGES

The rate at which Melbourne is transforming into a city of stacked boxes and cages is quite alarming. I pity the younger generation that have missed out seeing Melbourne as it was: A large metropolis, but with soul and heart - a city of villages that merged with one another as it were...

  2. I have to agree about the younger generations missing out on a lot. Even in my lifetime, there have been so many changes, but the memories of childhood are of such a slower time. *sign*

  3. Nick - as one who loves nature, I could not live in a city structured like this - I would suffocate! It is ironic that I would prefer cities to build UP rather than eat up more of the green spaces … Yes, I want to have my cake and eat it too!
